SITRONICS and Aeromax are developing digital solutions for agriculture and forestry

Today, within the framework of the Max-2019 International Aviation and Space Salon, Aeromax LLC and SITRONICS JSC signed an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of digital solutions and services for the needs of agriculture, forestry and regional management.

The digitalization of industries at the regional level will allow achieving a significant economic effect, for agriculture – reducing costs up to 20% and increasing yields up to 30%. For the forestry industry – increasing transparency and efficiency in the use of natural resources. Acting as an expert office for the effective use of digital technologies in the framework of national projects, SITRONICS JSC provides regional authorities with expert support in the formation and implementation of strategies for digital transformation of entities.

Aeromax and SITRONICS will participate in filling the knowledge base on the agricultural industry. Aeromax plans to collect information using unmanned aerial vehicles and sensors installed on agricultural vehicles. The data processed by neural networks will be used by JSC SITRONICS to form end services for agricultural consumers. The partners will create digital maps of farmland with the ability to plan sowing based on data on the condition of the soil, its moisture content and mineralization, field exposure to the sun, wind strength and temperature changes, which will allow planning optimal irrigation and fertilization, and choosing the best time for harvesting.

Valery Shantsev, Chairman of the Aeromax Board of Directors noted that the field monitoring using unmanned aerial systems and automated data processing is a breakthrough for agribusiness and the agricultural industry in general. We plan to extend our experience to all regions of Russia, as it can make life much easier for farms and large agricultural enterprises.
