Sitronics acquires 100% of shares of NVision Group JSC specializing in creation of customized end-to-end solutions for telecom, manufacturing and other industries. The deal added innovative B2G and B2B integration and digitalization products to the Sitronics product portfolio

An agreement with Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions on development of digital industry in cities is signed. Sitronics signs the first concession with Ingushetia for the amount of 1.7 billion roubles. Cooperation with the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System (FGC UES) begins

Sitronics merges Zelenograd enterprises into Kontsel JSC

Sitronics develops and implements an intelligent transport system in Moscow. The dispatch control system for ground passenger transport provides automated monitoring of passenger traffic on urban passenger transport and coordinates the activities of emergency, maintenance and other municipal services

Sitronics becomes a supplier of SIM cards for all operators of the big three, occupying 60% of this market in Russia and the CIS

The Bank of Moscow OJSC organizes and underwrites the issue of exchange-traded bonds of the BO-01 series. The amount of 2 billion roubles is placed on the MICEX Stock Exchange

The Bank of Moscow OJSC and AKB Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development organizes and underwrites the issue of exchange-traded bonds of the BO-02 series for the amount of 3 billion roubles on the MICEX Stock Exchange

Sitronics completes IPO to further develop new technologies and innovation. The IPO took place on the London Stock Exchange (GDR), on the RTS Stock Exchange, and on the Moscow Stock Exchange (ordinary shares). The Company's capitalization following the IPO amounted to approximately $2.3 billion

After consolidating 24 enterprises in Russia and abroad Sitronics becomes the largest company in telecom, IT and microelectronics

Sitronics acquires the controlling stake in the Greek company Intracom Telecom.

A full production cycle of RFID transport cards is launched in Zelenograd

Sitronics develops and implements the new FORIS BSS/OSS billing for Russian cellular operator MTS, allowing to perform call charging in real-time and to provide new service packages for subscribers

2004

Sitronics acquires the controlling stake in the Ukrainian company Quasar-Micro, one of the largest IT companies in Ukraine, enabling Sitronics to provide IT services to the customers

The Sitronics trademark is launched on the consumer electronics market. The company begins production of audio and video equipment, plasma displays, monitors, computers, CRT TVs and mobile phones

Sitronics Group begins its history with the creation of Scientific Centre Concern OJSC which united the Russian microelectronic enterprise NIIME and Micron OJSC and the Czech manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and software Strom Telecom
