SPUTNIX presented developments in the field of aerospace education and satellite engineering in India

From 5 to 7 September 2022, SPUTNIX (member of the Sitronics Group) participates in the Bengaluru Space Expo 2022 in India. The company’s developments in the field of creating small spacecraft and aerospace education are presented at the stand of OA Glavkosmos. The exposition of SPUTNIX was visited by the chairman of the ISRO Sridhara Somnath.

At the exhibition, SPUTNIX demonstrated its own OrbiCraft-Pro platform for performing various tasks: from remote sensing of the Earth, monitoring remote objects in shipping and providing satellite Internet of Things to training future engineers in the aerospace field. Also, as part of the business program, representatives of the company will share successful cases of teaching schoolchildren and students on the company’s equipment.

The “SPUTNIX” OrbiCraft-Pro platform for educational purposes is in demand on the market and is already used in educational institutions in different countries. Using OrbiCraft-Pro in the design mode with all the necessary subsystems and detailed methodological materials, students and schoolchildren can assemble a modern small CubeSat-sized spacecraft. Based on this solution, satellites are designed with various loads weighing from 1 to 30 kg.

“Bengaluru Space Expo 2022 is a very interesting and important event for us. We are optimistic about the prospects of cooperation with the Indian side and are ready to cooperate with partners on various projects in the field of astronautics and space education. We plan to hold a number of productive negotiations,” said Vladislav Ivanenko, CEO of SPUTNIX.

Bengaluru Space Expo 2022 is the 7th exhibition dedicated to the development of India’s international relations with other countries. The event is being held with the participation of more than 100 companies from various countries that will demonstrate advanced technologies and products for the space sector.
