SITRONICS JSC, Alfa Telecom CJSC and Kyrgyztelecom OJSC signed an agreement on strategic partnership to create a data center infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic.
On March 28, 2019, within the framework of the Kyrgyz-Russian Interregional Conference, President of JSC SITRONICS Alexey Marukhin, General Director of ZAO Alfa Telecom Akylbek Zhamangulov and Chairman of the Board of JSC Kyrgyztelecom Atay Asylbekov signed an agreement on strategic partnership on creation of a data center infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic. The partnership involves working together to build, operate and maintain a data center. The companies will jointly audit the current state of the information and telecommunications infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan, develop a roadmap for the deployment of data center infrastructure and the creation of information systems and services for government agencies, as well as present options for cooperation and financing for the implementation of this project.
The project was worked out in the course of bilateral cooperation as part of the implementation of the digital agenda of the EAEU. The digital agenda of the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan reflected in the key events of the Digital Economy programs (coordinated by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation) and Digital Kyrgyzstan.
Agreement of JSC SITRONICS, CJSC Alfa Telecom ”And OJSC“ Kyrgyztelecom ”- one of 30 signed during the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the invitation of the head of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov to Bishkek. Following the visit at the highest level, cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan will expand not only in the political, but also in the trade and economic sphere, including through the interaction of regional and international organizations.

Acting as an expert office for the implementation of digital technologies in the framework of national projects in the regions of Russia, SITRONICS provides the authorities with expert support in the formation of regional passports for projects in the areas of digital government, digital medicine, digital education, smart cities, road safety and ecology. Therefore, in March 2019 SITRONICS became a strategic partner of Kaluga in the implementation of the Smart City project. Under the agreement, digital services for managing the urban environment and interacting with citizens will be improved, as well as the Smart City, Smart Transport and Digital Education projects have been developed and launched. In the near future, new partnership agreements between SITRONICS and regional authorities will be announced.
