On June 14, students of Tyumen Industrial University engaged in project activities invited teams of student startups from other countries to compete in creative entrepreneurship. The event was held as part of the Smart City track “Boiling Points – Tyumen”. Any group of students concerned with solving an important problem of today’s market agenda could take part in the competition.

Students of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Yangtze University (China), Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Azerbaijan, Baku), NJSC “Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov” (Kazakhstan). Experienced experts were invited to evaluate the quality of the submitted works, including representatives of the Sitronics Group.

The company’s interaction with the Tyumen Industrial University is systemic. Therefore, in April 2021, the Sitronics Group and the Tyumen Industrial University agreed to create a technological educational and research cluster based on the University for the Development of digital competencies of human resources. The event was held at a high level, the teams demonstrated high quality and well-developed projects, as well as creative ideas. I believe that some of the presented developments will make a successful path to commercialization and implementation ”, – shared a member of the jury, head of the project office for regional development of the company – Olesya Safonova.
Nikolay Degtyarev, head of the monitoring systems department of the Sitronics Group, also evaluated startups.
According to the results of the competition, the JIN SUO TEAM team with a project on energy saving and environmental protection took 1st place. 2nd place went to startup Dasha Leonova (TIU, ATSiDM) with a soft-correct solution for assessing the effectiveness of remote work of employees based on the automatic generation of analytical reports. The team of Regina Alimbayeva (TIU, ATSiDM) became the 3rd with the project “Intelligent system of support for interior design projects”.
