We are the leading  Russian exporter, in terms of revenue, of power management Integral Circuits (ICs). Our semiconductor wafer production capacities enable us to manufacture over 400 types of analogue and digital IСs.

We offer development and design services for standard logic, analogue, memory, analogue-digital and digital-analogue converters, system-on-chip and smart card ICs. We have technology for chip card module assembling and RFID transport fare cards assembling and personalization. We also offer SMART cards and accompanying services for mobile communications operators, banks, and the government sector in the CIS countries. In March 2006, we launched the production of SMART cards. Our customer base comprises 300 customers in the CIS countries and 50 customers in Asia, including OEM suppliers.

In 2006, we started supplying analogue ICs to Japan, which has extremely strict regulations for product quality and reliability. Thanks to the development of VZPP Mikron's cooperation with IXYS Corporation, the major world producer of power semiconductors, our exports of discrete components to Germany grew by several-fold in 2006. In late 2006 we purchased Gamma Micro, a Taiwanese retailer, in order to expand distribution channels.
