SITRONICS Telecom Solutions was created in December 2002, on the basis of STROM Telecom Company, set up in 1993 in Prague. In April 2006, SITRONICS acquired a 51% of stake of the Eastern Wind Company and in June 2006, 51% stake of INTRACOM TELECOM, Athens, Greece.
SITRONICS Telecom Solutions consists of the following three main divisions:

• SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Russia (Moscow) - responsible for Russia & the CIS
• SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic a.s. (Prague) - R&D Centre
• INTRACOM TELECOM (Athens, Greece) - responsible for the EMEA region
