Sergei Urezchenko

Sergei Urezchenko was born January1, 1969 in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow Institute for Electronics and Mathematics with a degree in applied mathematics and completed further education programs in strategic planning, finance management and business evaluation.

For more than five years, Sergei was a Consultant  for strategic transformation and investment consulting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Since 2000, he has worked as a senior vice-president for strategic development in "Unitrans" (a multimodal transportation company); as an advisor to JSC "International Airport Sheremetievo" where he was in charge of infrastructure development, including construction of the Sheremetievo-3 terminal; as General Director of "Aeroexpress" Co.; and as vice-president for aviation in KASKOL group of companies.

From 2006 to 2007, Sergei served as General Director of "Southern Aeroports" Ltd.

On November 30, 2007 he was appointed President of JSC "Kvant" and General Director of JSC "Elax".
