SITRONICS' growth as a company and our 2006 financial results can be attributed to strong management, leadership and a multicultural and ethnically diverse team of highly skilled professionals. From executive and middle management, to academics, engineers, designers, sales and support staff, the company's most important resource is its people. Today, Sitronics has ten thousand employees from 30 different countries with almost half of its work force comprised of engineers, software developers and technicians.

Our employees are given extensive opportunities to develop up-to-date professional qualities and management skills in order to master new lines of business. A corporate professional improvement university has been opened on the basis of the Kvazar-Micro training centre where over 150 employees studied in 2006. Competence Centres (resource centres) have also been created within the specialist training and professional improvement programme framework, which are located in Dubna, Sarov, Tomsk, Petrozavodsk, Kharkov, and Lvov. The centres arrange regular personnel training sessions and specialist training for business units, corporate services, and the companies' executive officials.

In addition, contests are held among the company's specialists for the best research and development innovations in the crucial areas of our business divisions. SITRONICS carries out a long-term comprehensive programme for young specialists' education. The programme includes the arrangement of employees training for МВА degrees and working abroad in well-known global firms which are partners of the company. Forming an HR reserve and enhancing the employees' professional level is an essential condition for the company's evolution. Our HR policy also consists of attracting new skilled personnel and searching, also among students, for the most competent applicants to complement the team of SITRONICS managers and experts. There is a scholarship institution within the corporate system of personnel reserve Scholarships are granted to the best university students who wish to work at SITRONICS enterprises.

Annually, the company recruits more than 300 people and is very interested in young, ambitious, well-educated people with a good command of foreign languages.
