In February 2007 the company successfully held its IPO on the London Stock Exchange, which confirmed its leadership in the high-tech market of CIS, Central and Eastern Europe. That was one of the largest technological IPOs in London and the first IPO among Russian high-tech companies. JSC SITRONICS stock is also negotiable on the Russian RTS and MSE.
JSC SITRONICS stock has been listed on the London Stock Exchange in the form of global depositary receipts (GDR, one global depositary receipt is worth 50 ordinary shares) under ticker SITR.
As of December 31, 2007 the authorized capital consisted of 9 547 087 190 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 ruble (RUR1) per share.
