SITRONICS shares are traded in the form of global depository receipts (GDRs) on the main market at the London Stock Exchange London Stock Exchange (LSE) under “SITR” ticker. Each GDR is equal to 50 ordinary shares. Receipts are included in the quotation list B.  The ordinary shares are also included in the quotation list B and listed at the Russian Trading System Stock Exchange  under the "SITRG" ticker and the Moscow Stock Exchange under the "SITR" ticker. 

 As of December 31, 2007 the share capital of SITRONICS amounted 9 547 087 190 ordinary registered shares with nominal value RUR 1 per share.
